A practice in digital painting revolving around the strange progressive rock antics of former Genesis lead man Peter Gabriel, ca. 1967-1975.
The Squonk is a Pennsylvania myth, a creature that wallows in self-pity, and, when cornered, dissolves into bubbles and tears. It is said to be difficult to catch due to its tendency to self-destruct, traveling the darkness of twilight and dusk. This creature is the subject of the 1974 song from Genesis' Trick of the Tail album.
